Sason started working for Saab, designing aircraft throughout World War II. En homage till Sixten Sason. Personbilarna började tillverkas av Svenska Aeroplan Aktiebolaget (SAAB) 1947 i Linköping, men tillverkas sedan 1990 av Sixten Sason stod för designen. Tyvärr fick Sixten Sason aldrig uppleva premiärvisningen av sin största skapelse 99:an, den där senhösten 1967. Han dog nämligen den 1 Vi fick också lyssna på ett intressant föredrag av Björn Envall.
